A variety of guided excursions include zip-lining through the rainforest canopy, a 1,500-foot water slide, a hanging bridges walk, and a hike to nearby waterfalls. Guests also took part in a cultural tour of a traditional sugar mill, horseback riding through the countryside, and a visit to volcanic hot springs and mud baths. A four-hour sailing and snorkeling excursion included a BBQ lunch on a private beach, and surf or e-foil lessons were available for those interested. A volunteer activity focused on building wildlife protection structures gave the group a chance to contribute to local conservation efforts.
